About Us

Ken's journey started in the Philippines and brought him to the US in 2003. He began his career as a food runner in a restaurant in NY NY Hotel before transitioning to HVAC in 2007. Ken spent 3 years with YES before joining Elite, where he has been for the past 11 years. He also worked at The Cooling Company for a year. Ken has over 15 years of experience in the HVAC industry, making him a true expert in the field. He has worked on a wide range of projects, from small residential installations to large commercial systems. Ken's expertise and attention to detail ensure that every job is completed to the highest quality. He is a husband to his wife Joy and a father to their two children.

After moving from the Philippines to the US in 2003, Enrique began his career as a cook at Secco Golf Course for four years. He transitioned to HVAC and spent 11 years at Elite before starting the business with his brother Ken in 2020. Enrique has gained extensive expertise in HVAC through his 11 years of experience at Elite. He has honed his skills in installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. His knowledge and experience make him a reliable and competent professional in the field. He prides himself on great customer service, leaving all their customers happy and satisfied. He is a husband to his wife Boe and a father to their five children

Raymond is one of the key players at Rockwell Brothers! Before joining the team, Raymond built his career in the hotel industry, where he honed his skills in customer service and operations. In April 2023, he made the switch to the HVAC world, stepping in as our Manager Installer, bringing his strong work ethic and leadership to every job. A dedicated husband and father of two, Raymond understands the importance of keeping homes comfortable for families. Whether he’s on-site handling installations or ensuring top-notch service, he’s committed to making sure every job is done right.

Russel or "RJ" is the youngest member of the Rockwell Brothers team, but his skills speak for themselves. Before joining Rockwell Brothers in June 2024, Russel worked as a Personal Care Assistant, where he developed a strong attention to detail and a commitment to helping others. Now, he applies that same dedication to every HVAC installation and repair, ensuring quality work and great service. Russel is always ready to learn, take on challenges, and get the job done right. We’re proud to have him on the team.

Joy, the backbone of Rockwell Brothers as our Office Manager and Dispatcher. Before joining the team in November 2023, Joy worked as a Dialysis Technician, where she developed strong organizational and multitasking skills—both of which she now applies to keeping our operations running smoothly. Married to Ken, Joy balances work and family life while ensuring our team stays on schedule and our customers receive top-notch service. Her dedication and efficiency keep everything moving behind the scenes, making her an essential part of Rockwell Brothers.
